Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Sage Companion LLC ("Sage," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Sage, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

The service

Sage provides voice-first AI assistants: Sage for Seniors helps an aging parent stay independent with reminders, medication tracking, doctor-visit notes, and a family dashboard; Sage for Home helps a household plan meals, groceries, calendars, and kids' activities. Features may change over time.

Sage is not a medical or emergency service. If someone may be in danger or needs urgent help, call 911 or a medical professional right away.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and only invite family members you're authorized to include.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Plans are $9.99 per month and begin with a 7-day free trial.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues and the card on file is charged on a recurring basis.
You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Acceptable use

Don't use Sage to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload others' personal information without permission, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or rely on it for medical, legal, or emergency decisions.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information you put into Sage. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you (for example, processing your requests through our providers, as described in the Privacy Policy).

Disclaimers

Sage is provided "as is." AI responses can be imperfect or inaccurate, and you're responsible for reviewing anything important — especially anything involving health, safety, or money. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Sage at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or to protect the service and its users.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll revise the "last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
